Campaniae is a new restaurant concept by the team behind Delysees Luxury Desserts. Located in Yorkdale Shopping Centre in Toronto, Campaniae brings a high-end casual Champagne Bar concept to Canada’s premium shopping destination. I was approached to support with the development and implementation of a seamless Front of House experience for a Chef-driven and service focussed restaurant concept. I worked closely with the owners and Executive Chef to set up the back end POS reporting, bar design and layout, wine and bar menu, recruitment and hiring of a passionate and dedicated team, and setting service standards for the Front of House.
